For active developments, monthly shoots are the standard — they provide a comprehensive record of progress, help spot issues early, and give you consistent material for investor and lender updates. For critical phases (excavation, framing, roofing), we can schedule more frequently. Single milestone shoots are also available for permit submittals, pre-sales, or investor decks.
An orthomosaic is a large-scale, high-resolution aerial map of your site stitched from dozens of overlapping drone photos — geometrically corrected so every point is accurate. It's used for measuring areas and volumes, verifying grading, planning utility layouts, and creating as-built records. If you need anything more than visual documentation, an orthomosaic gives you a spatially accurate baseline.
The National Defense Authorization Act restricts the use of certain foreign-manufactured drones (notably DJI) on federally funded or sensitive projects. 805Drone operates an Autel EVO II Pro, which is on the NDAA-compliant Blue UAS Framework list, making us eligible for government contracts, federal land permits, and any project with NDAA requirements. Ask us about NDAA compliance when requesting a quote.

Yes — 805Drone carries commercial general liability insurance with coverage levels appropriate for active construction sites. We can provide certificates of insurance naming your company or GC as additional insured.
